• For working in remote or difficult locations additional safety precautions may be required. Occupational Health and Safety requirements may also make it prudent to take additional precautions on some productions.
  

   

• Emergency and Evacuation Plan (EEP). A formal written EEP can be prepared in consultation with a client's production manager and should include an evacuation plan for accidents or emergencies. It can also establish a chain of command for an emergency, protocol for alerting emergency services and the management of first aid or medical issues.
  

   

• High Jinx has years of experience in difficult locations and has a totally accident free record. We have prepared many EEPs and believe them to be an excellent method of anticipating and avoiding workplace accidents.

   

• Rescue Liaison. Before any location work is undertaken in difficult or remote locations an informal relationship can be developed with local rescue authorities so that in the unlikely event that an evacuation is required (that is beyond the means of existing staff), it is carried out in an efficient manner, with minimum fuss.
  

   

• Doctors and First Aid staff can be included on any production. Even if first aid staff are not specifically employed, most High Jinx staff have current first aid qualifications.

• All medical and first aid staff can climb and abseil.
