Lucas Trihey and High Jinx hereby license the purchaser of the Photo CD titled "Blue Mountains Scenes" and/or "Blue Mountains Adventure" to use the images as follows:

1/      The use of images on the CD shall be considered "royalty free" when used by the original purchaser for his or her own use. This means no additional fee is payable for using the images once the original purchase price has been paid.

2/       This entitles the original purchaser to use the images for any reason directly connected with their own business or for their own non business use.


This License specifically EXCLUDES the following:

3/       Use or storage of any images by anyone other than the original purchaser is NOT PERMITTED and shall incur a usage fee as per High Jinx's regular photo usage rates.

4/       Web or print designers are NOT PERMITTED to use images from this CD on client's jobs. Ask us about our wholesale prices for designers who can then sell Photo CD's to their clients.

5/       Photo CDs must not be copied without permission from High Jinx.
