Each team must provide their own team crate. The team crate will be transported each day to the next camp by the organisers.Your crate must be clearly labelled on the lid with your team number. Maximum size of crate is 0.15 cubic metres (ie: 50cm X 50cm X 60cm or similar).
The team crate must contain the following:
- First aid kit (large) (contents TBA) to be in team crate for end-of-day use.
- Stove and gas
- Cooking pot
- Food supplies
- Eating utensils
- Insect repellent
- Spare head torch
INDIVIDUAL DUFFEL BAG
Each entrant must bring their own duffel bag. This will be transported each day to the next camp by the organisers.Maximum duffel bag size is 0.128 cubic metres (ie: 40cm X 40cm X 80cm or similar).
Your individual duffel bag should contain:
- Spare shoes and socks
- Spare clothing
- Wet weather clothing in case of rain
- Personal first aid gear - extra supplies
- Personal energy bars, electrolyte drink powders etc
- Personal medications if required
- Camera
- Sleeping bag and lightweight foam mattress
- Any items you may need at camp each night.
- Extra food supplies that you can’t fit in your team crate.
Duffel bags will need to be ready to transport by 6.30am each day.Duffel bags will be transported in an open utility so we suggest either a water-and-dust-proof bag or use a plastic liner bag (eg garbage bag) to keep water or dust from entering clothing etc. Duffel bags will be delivered to the next camp each afternoon. Your name must be clearly written on the outside of your duffel bag.
